Terms of Use and Cancellation Policy for Products and Services

The following terms of use apply to products and services offered for sale on this website:

Reservations: Any appointment cancellation made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the cost of the reserved services, and the full value of the reserved services in the event of a no-show. If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please contact our team to discuss your options.

b. Gift Cards: Gift cards purchased online are delivered electronically. Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable. They can only be used at the time of your salon visit. Conditions apply.

Gift card bookings will lose 50% of the card’s value if canceled less than 24 hours in advance, and the full value in case of a no-show.
